REFRESHMENT STATIONS

Helsinki Spring Marathon and half-marathon and 10K route is 3 pieces of recreation points from at intervals of 3.6 km and as well as for Dexal gel-recreation station and on Pukinmäki Sports Park is Dexal gel-recreation station.

Refreshment stations: 

 

Are offered for runners Dexal Light Energy drink and sports drink. 

 

Dexal Light Energy drink  and sports drink concentrate, flavor: peach and pineapple and the strength of 5%.
